加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負(fù)90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。

美國Dytran的3063B是一款I(lǐng)EPE三軸加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，內(nèi)置靜電屏蔽，防靜電噪音干擾，靈敏度100mV/g，頻率響應(yīng)低，0.5Hz。

The Dytran 3063B is a highly rugged, triaxial IEPE accelerometer with built-in Faraday shield for electrostatic noise immunity, a sensitivity of 100 mV/g, built-in long discharge time constant and excellent low frequency response down to 0.5 Hz.

Design of the model 3063B incorporates ceramic shear crystal sensing elements, packaged in a stainless steel housing, with a 4-pin radial Bayonet style connector and 1/4-28 thru hole mount. Model 3063B is directly compatible with the Dytran model 6529 Immersion Proof sealing boot (sold separately). When used together, the sensor remains fully functional in an IP65 environment. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
